Read the following information before booking.

1/ Your arrival and handing over of keys:
We will welcome you every day from 3 p.m. On this occasion we will give you a duplicate key to the entrance to the gîte and the bicycle storage room. Not to be misplaced of course (cost: €10). A key box also allows you to collect the keys in the event of our absence. The code will be communicated to you beforehand.

2/ Linen and sheets: reminder: the rooms will be made up on your arrival with mattress pad, fitted sheet, top sheet, duvet and duvet cover, double pillow with pillowcase. A bath towel, towel and glove set will be provided per person. For the kitchen, you will be given 3 tea towels. The package mentioned above is for a maximum stay of one week. Beyond that, they will be renewed. If you wish to change more frequently, please contact us (billing at a rate of between €5 and €10 depending on the parts to be

3/ Laundry room and washing machine: a washing machine will be at your disposal in the laundry room. Laundry detergent is provided. It's up to you to hang out your laundry (on a drying rack in the gîte, or the laundry room, or outside).

4/ Cooking and gas: the gas cooker is fueled with a butane bottle. In case of empty bottle, call us to ensure the change. Safety: Be careful not to forget to close the gas buttons or directly at the bottle outlet when not in use.

5/ Windows: don’t forget to close the windows if rain is predicted. A locking system is installed on the 4 windows of the cottage to avoid falls (risk for children). The keys will be in your possession and your responsibility will be incurred in the event of a problem.

6/ Access to the gîte. The cottage has 2 access points: the first via the exterior staircase, the second via an airlock leading to our main house. This one is equipped with a lock to isolate the apartment. It nevertheless remains an emergency exit in the event of an emergency.

7/ Parquet floors and mezzanine: we recommend that you wear slippers, socks, shoes because the parquet floor is very old and may have rough edges. Access to the mezzanine is secured by a gate to be kept closed (risk for children). So stay careful

8/ The cottage has its own electrical panel. To be reset in the event of a trip. If the problem is more general, do not hesitate to notify us (the general picture is in the barn). Heating: each bedroom is equipped with an electric radiator and the bathroom with a fan. Please limit the use of these devices to your strict needs.

9/ Water: the cottage is connected to a sceptical ditch. Products that are aggressive to bacteria are therefore strongly discouraged (including bleach). We take care of adding the activator every week. On the other hand, it is forbidden to throw plastic materials in the toilets. Trash cans are at your disposal for this. Warning: the water temperature is high. Do not be surprised. The 200 liter tank should be enough for daily use for 6 people.

10/ Garbage cans: in the municipality, we carry out selective sorting. So you will have:
- a trash can for ordinary waste in the kitchen (garbage bags provided)
And in a room at the exit of the gîte:
- a bin for recyclable waste (cardboards, plastic, etc.)
- a trash can for glass
- a trash can for everything that is compostable (a smaller container is available in the kitchen)
We take care of the removal of these trash cans 2 to 3 times a week.

11/ Swimming pool:
SAFETY PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool has 3 access points: one for the owners, and 2 others for the occupants of the gîte. Opt for the smallest for convenience reasons. Each access has 2 closing systems, a latch at the rear of the gate and an automatic latch at the front, to prevent the intrusion of children without their parents' authorization. It is therefore the responsibility to close the gates correctly after use and to supervise their children in the pool area. I remind you that this one is 1m40 at the deepest.
In the morning we take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and its surroundings: removing leaves, using the robot, cleaning the terrace, checking the quality of the water and adjusting the parameters by adding products. We are counting on you to respect the cleanliness of the place as much as possible: wearing flip-flops is recommended to keep your feet clean before entering the water. Do not eat by the pool. Favor the bar located on the barn side.
Water is and will become more and more a precious commodity, so avoid diving and prefer access via the steps located on the home side.
In the evening, we will place the bubble cover to prevent evaporation and maintain the water temperature. As well as the switching off of lights and projectors (bar and swimming pool)
To enable us to carry out all these tasks, access to the swimming pool will be possible from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

For extended hours (midnight bathing or very early morning swimming for example) please ask us. Everything is possible.
